Sixth Form Trip to Paris

The Sixth Form enjoyed a wonderful trip to Paris during the holidays, made even more special by attending Mass at Notre Dame before the tragic fire only days later. The girls explored the Champs Elysées, Montmatre, Le Quartier Latin and Champs de Mars, enjoying free time and the odd stop in local cafés. They also visited the Musée d’Orsay, Musée Picasso, the Orangerie, Pompidou Centre, Jeu de Paume, Rodin Museum and the Louvre. One of the highlights of the trip was going to the Opéra Palais Garnier performance by the Paris École de Danse.

The trip covered six subjects, including French, History of Art, English, Photography, Art and History. A big thank you to Mrs Rowland for organising such a successful and memorable experience for the Sixth Form.
